Features
Built around how collectors actually keep watches
Not a spreadsheet, not a notes app. A proper record for every piece — and for the ones you're still hunting.
Every detail, in one place
Reference, serial, purchase date, price, seller and condition, plus diameter, lug to lug, lug width and case material. No more digging through old emails for a receipt.
Service history that sticks
Log every service with the date, the shop, the work done and what it cost. Know at a glance when a watch was last opened up, and by whom.
Photos of every piece
Add several shots per watch — dial, caseback, papers — and pick the cover. They're kept in private storage, backed up with the rest of your collection.
Groups, your way
Dress, Dive, Field, Vintage — or whatever you call yours. Give each group a colour, move a watch with a tap, and sort or filter the collection to suit.
A wish list for the hunt
Spot something at a show? Quick capture opens the camera first. Add notes over time — where you saw it, the asking price — and when you buy it, move it into your collection with its photos and notes.
Research and value
Jump straight to the brand and model's history, a serial-number lookup, live listings on Chrono24 and sold prices on eBay. Record your own estimate and see what the collection cost against what it's worth.
How it works
Start with the watch on your wrist
You don't have to catalogue everything in one sitting. Add a piece whenever it's in front of you.
Use your email, Google, or Apple on iPhone. Your collection is saved to your account, so a new phone doesn't mean starting over.
Add your watches
Brand and model are all you need to start. Add photos, purchase details and measurements now or later.
Keep it current
Log a service when the watch comes back, regroup as the collection changes, and save the next one to your wish list.

The Collection
One watch per page, like flipping through a watch roll
The app opens on your most recent purchase. Swipe sideways to move through the rest, with each watch's key details laid out in a clean, ruled grid.
- Reference, price, condition and estimated value at a glance
- A collection report: total cost, estimated value and service spend, by group and by year
- Export the whole collection as a spreadsheet — handy for insurance
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
The things collectors ask first.
When can I download WristwatchKeep?
WristwatchKeep is being finished now and will arrive on the App Store and Google Play soon. The download buttons on this page will work as soon as it's listed.
Is WristwatchKeep free?
Yes. There are no ads, no subscriptions and no in-app purchases.
Who can see my collection?
Only you. Your watches, prices and photos are private to your account — there's no public profile and no sharing with other users. We don't use analytics or tracking tools, and we never sell your data. The details are in our Privacy Policy.
Why do I need an account?
Your collection is saved to your account rather than only on your phone, so it's backed up, and it's all there when you sign in on a new phone.
Does the app value my watches for me?
Not automatically. Each watch has one-tap searches for current listings on Chrono24 and recent sales on eBay, so you can judge the market yourself and record your own estimate. The collection report then compares it with what you paid.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Export your whole collection — purchase details and service history included — as a CSV file from Profile, and open it in any spreadsheet app. You can also delete your account and everything in it at any time; see the data deletion page.
Which currency does it use?
Prices and costs are recorded in US dollars.
How do I get help?
Head over to the support page and send an email. Every message is read by the developer.
