Delete your account and data

Delete it in the app

This is the quickest way, and it works straight away.

• Open WristwatchKeep and tap the person icon at the top of the Collection screen to open Profile.
• Tap Password & account.
• Tap Delete Account, then confirm.

If you'd like to keep a copy of your collection first, use Profile → Your data → Export collection (CSV) before you delete.

If you no longer have the app or can't sign in, email us from the address linked to your WristwatchKeep account. The button below fills in the subject line for you.

Please include the email address on your account, and whether you signed in with email, Google or Apple. We'll reply to confirm, and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your account: your email address, name and profile picture link
• Every watch in your collection, with its purchase details, notes and estimated value
• All service history entries
• Your groups
• Your wish list, with its notes
• Every photo you added
• Your push notification tokens

This can't be undone. We don't keep anything back: WristwatchKeep has no purchases or other records we need to retain. Deleted data may remain in our hosting provider's routine backups for a short time before they're overwritten — see our Privacy Policy for details.
